Mondelēz International, a global leader in the food industry, needed a creative solution for their upcoming recruitment campaign that aimed to shine a spotlight the talented people working in their supply chain. They wanted to showcase the faces and stories behind each function, to not only attract new talent but also humanise the intricate processes involved in bringing their products to life.
In response, we pitched the concept ‘A Link in the (Supply) Chain’ inspired by the journey of an Oreo cookie from conception to the hands of the consumer. The narrative covered various stages from marketing, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, health and safety, sales, to ultimately the consumer. The intention was to provide a holistic view of the supply chain, emphasising the people who make it all happen.
